The Bed & Breakfast guest rooms are split between the main farmhouse and the adjoining Annexe.  With 8 comfortable double bedrooms, 6 of which are ensuite and 5 capable of family room configuration by adding an extra single bed. Linford Stables bed and breakfast provides ideal B&B overnight accommodation for business and leisure travellers, business people working away from home mid-week.

Our secure off-road hard-standing / parking can accommodate 10+ cars and larger vehicles. Horseboxes ca also be accommodate by prior arrangment for equestrian guests competing their horses at nearby Addington Manor Equestrian Centre. The main farmhouse B&B accommodation comprises 4 spacious double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and can be configured as a family room. A warm welcoming farmhouse kitchen where guests can get tea and coffee anytime they wish, connects two separate hallways providing access to the bed & breakfast guest rooms.

A modern chalet style annexe next to the main farmhouse B and B provides additional guest accommodation in 4 large double or twin ensuite rooms. All rooms are all one one level for easy access, each with its own double-leaf French doors for added privacy, vaulted ceiling, pine floor, beams, double or twin beds, colour TV, hairdryer, tea + coffee, quality linens and towels, ensuite shower room with power shower. Extra beds can be added to provide family room accommodation.
