Both the main Farmhouse and the Annexe are single-storey structures. As such, all our B & B guest rooms are located on the ground floor, allowing for easy access – but we do not market this as being suitable for disabled access. For example, our bathrooms are not equipped for disabled guests and wheelchair users would also find it difficult to climb the single step into either the main house or each Annexe room.

We offer breakfast as an option, with a choice of a cooked or continental breakfast, but we DO NOT offer evening meals.
There are several places to eat and drink in the local village and more within a 5 mile radius.

Any damage caused by a guest to the B & B will result in an extra charge to cover repair or replacement.
A charge will also be made to cover cleaning and loss of revenue as a direct result of damage caused.
The proprietor may also ask the guest involved to leave.
