The south-facing single-storey Scandinavian chalet-style Annexe provides modern ensuite guest Bed and Breakfast accommodation, overlooking the horse schooling arena. Ideal for tourists, business guests and horse riders competing at nearby Addington E.C. all 4 Annexe ensuite B&B rooms have their own private shower room and can be configured and booked as double, twin or family / triple rooms by adding an extra single bed. All 4 Annexe B and B rooms are located on the ground floor with their own front door for easy access and outside seating overlooking the horse arena – perfect for our equestrian guests.

The modern Chalet-style Annexe is located right next to the main farmhouse B & B and provides additional self-contained guest accommodation in four large double / twin / family rooms, each with their own private ensuite shower-room. Breakfast is served in the dining room in the adjoining main farmhouse.
Located all on one level for easy access, each self-contained Annexe Room has its own double-leaf external French doors for added privacy. Other features include beamed vaulted ceilings, carpeted and pine floors and soft-furnishings.
3 Annexe guest rooms have a double bed and comfortable seating. The 4th room has twin single beds. Extra single beds can be added to all rooms to provide family or triple accommodation. One double room also has a sofa that converts to a 3/4 size bed and can accommodate either 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
